Stoner gets the scientists and Master Norb together to discuss the scub coral and Coralians.  They discover that the two have very little differences in their ideas and theories about the scub coral.  What they find is that, when too much life exists in one place, it causes catastrophe.  The scub coral, being a living being, has reached that point and humans now living on the planet are causing more problems.  The scub coral has caused most of itself to go to sleep in order to not reach the Limit of Questions but the Great Wall is an example of when this limit is reached.
