Someone is stealing from the passengers on a train and the Chief has declared that Bokuto Station can handle it.  In exchange they will be forgiven for the many missing reports that they have.  Aoi and Yoriko go undercover to nab the crooks.  They wind up arresting several for molestation charges when they finally find them.  They've stolen a case with some guns in them and use them to hijack the train.  Natsumi and Miyuki use another train to catch up to them in order to stop the crooks.
