Vincent awakens from a strange dream and finds out that he and Pico are on the outskirts of Romdo.  They are staying in a camp full of people that have either left on their own or have been banished from the city.  Raul, the man in charge of hunting and capturing the Proxy, determined to recapture Vincent since he's convinced that he knows something.  Re-l finds some papers in Vincent's rooms that mark escape routes for AutoReivs infected with the Cogito virus.  She follows the route and finds the body of one of the Proxies.  She gets help from her doctor who assures her that he'll keep it quiet.
