Re-l, Vincent and Pico arrive at Mosk done to find the town in ruins.  Vincent finds a door which his pendant unlocks.  Inside he finds an AutoReiv that may hold his memories but it no longer functions.  Meanwhile in Romdo, the regent want to know the reasons behind Raul's attack.  They decide to allow him to continue his actions for the time being.
