Jin, Mugen and Fuu get work to earn some money but, when Mugen hears of the bounty on a street killer, he starts looking for the man.  He discovers a man that can inflict wounds apparently without even cutting you with his sword.  They learn from the master of the place where they are working that the man has learned these secrets from the mainland and uses his chi in combat.  Mugen trains hard to meet the man once again at the full moon.
