Ganza, a man hyped up on the Taoist drug, is killing people while looking for Sven.  Two of the Apostles of the Stars are out to recruit him for their cause.  Sven, Train, Eve and Rinslet are after Ganza and come up with a plan to use Sven as a decoy to lure him out.
