A conference of world leaders is being held and number seven, Jenos, is watching over security.  The Apostles of the Stars meanwhile plan to use this conference as the starting point for their revolution.  When Train hears that Creed is still alive, he runs off after him.  Sven does all that he can to get to him before he throws his life away to avenge Saya.
