Peter Patrelli from the future goes back in time and shoots his brother Nathan just before he reveals himself to the world as having the ability to fly.  Hiro is back in Japan and running his father's company.  He gets a DVD from his father telling him what his destiny is to be.  After he open the safe that his father told him not to, a girl who is really fast steals the secret.  Sylar shows up at Claire's and learns how to use her powers.  Thanks to her healing ability she's able to grow back the top of her head but he's left her changed somehow and now she can't feel the pain when she gets hurt.  Nathan dies in the hospital but re-awakens and then becomes extremely religious.  Hiro heads to the future to see Ando killing him for the secret formula with some kind of powers he has.  The future Peter determines whether or not he still needs to kill him but Nathan says he will keep the secret.  Parkman finds himself in a desert.  Mohinder uses a virus that he designed from Maya's adrenal glands and injects it into himself.
