Hiro and Ando escape from Arthur but Hiro is somehow reverted to his 10-year-old mentality.  Ando must teach him about his powers.  Nathan talks with his father and learns about his plans to give powers to the people of the world and set him up as President.  Tracy offers her services to Arthur in the PR department.  Flint and Knox go after Peter and Claire with Claire as the target.  Matt tries to revive Angela and gets sucked into the world she's been trapped in by Arthur.  Sylar is put into a cell with Elle in order to learn how to obtain powers through empathy instead of by killing.
