Roslin, on board the Cylon Baystar, faces off against Zarek and Gaeta while trying to convince the Cylons that they need not leave the fleet.  Adama is put on a mock trial and taken for execution.  Lee and Starbuck free the captive Cylons but, during the fighting Anders get a bullet to the head.  Tigh and the rest leave Starbuck with Anders to try and head off Adama's execution.  Meanwhile Roslin, thinking that Adama is dead, refuses to back down and vows to use everything she has to stop Zarek.
