It is revealed that Ellen had regenerated on the resurrection hub after Tigh killed her.  She's greeted by John Cavil, Number One.  After the destruction of the resurrection hub, when Ellen tells him that she and the other four Cylons would have to work together to even begin to recreate the hub, he decides to learn her secrets by cutting open her brain.  Boomer, who had defected from the rebels earlier helps Ellen to escape.  In the present time, Anders regains memories of what happened to all of them before.  He tells Starbuck and the other members of the five.  Unfortunately the bullet must be removed in order to save his life and before he can finish his stories.
