a man wearing a pony costume gives female students "permanent" pony tails.  When Kyoko is attacked, Kaname get the police involved.  Unfortunately the officer just happens to be the same one that she got on the wrong side of before, Yoko Wakana.  Now, using Kaname as bait, Yoko looks for the pony man.  Sousuke shows up in his disguise to help out but is mistaken by Yoko as the pervert.
