There are too few rooms in the school for all of the after school clubs.  When a room becomes available, they hold a flirting contest to see which homeless club will get the room.  Flirting doesn’t mean the same thing to Sousuke as it does to the rest of the students and he has a hard time helping out his newly joined photography club winning.
