After their "friendship" talk, L shows back up at Light's school.  Just as they are to go eat, Misa shows up.  Light sees his opportunity to get L's real name but L has the jump on him as he's already taken Misa into custody for being the second Kira.  Now Light cannot get his real name and has become even more of a suspect than ever.
