Teru Mikami now has the Death Note and is someone that Light has selected because he thinks that his beliefs are closest to his own.  Teru kills the mouth of Kira because he is getting too greedy and appoint a new person to talk for Kira.  It just so happens that the new spokesperson is Light's ex-girlfriend from college.  Light arranges a meeting with her and also get a call from Teru.  Light reveals himself as Kira to Kiyomi and Teru but only gives his true identity to Kiyomi.
