Mark Beal Banks.  He was the head coach at Central Univerity in Kentucky from 1909 to 1911.  He coached at Ohio Wesleyan in 1912.  He was the head coach at Hartwick College in Oneonta, New York from 1941 until 1948.

He was the athletic director at Hartwick College from 1941 to 1950.
