Ryoko

Ryoko is the daughter of Washu, the self proclaimed "most brilliant mind in the universe."  She was created by Washu using her ova and alien creatures called the Masses.  She is at least 2000 years old and, before Tenchi freed here, was held captive in the Masaki Shrine for 700 years.

She has the powers of teleportation and she can phase through solid objects.  She can generate a light sword and energy balls that she can throw.  She can split herself into at least two separate people and she can materialize clothing as well.
