The Basroil and the other ships around Lobnas II are ordered to retreat.  An enemy fleets has been spotted and, since Bebaus decided to the attack them, they are heading toward Lobnas II.  The population is upset that the Abh will leave in the middle of evacuations.  Jinto tries to reassure them that the Abh will return in about sixty days to continue the emigration for anyone who has permission.  Later Jinto must contact Lafiel when men from the east attack the central section and a rebellion breaks out.
