Section 9 continues to investigate the rash of bombings in New Port City.  The warning was for five bombings and four have been carried out.  Batou follows a hunch that the bombings are carried out by refugee suicide bombers.  Togusa and Batou respond to the person who is to be responsible for the fifth in a subway station.
