Section 9 discovers Sho Kawashima's external memory on the net but cannot prove that it was hidden by Gouda.  Boma and Ishikawa search for files that could cause a virus linking to the acts of the Individual Eleven.  Meanwhile, Motoko and the rest seek the man who attempted to kill the Prime Minister now that he's reappeared nearby.  A group of men that have been working for the cause of the Individual Eleven drive by truck and talk of their successes and the man who attempted to kill the PM is with them.  Togusa is sent on a mission to uncover an original copy of the Individual Eleven manuscript since there are no copies anywhere in electronic form.  He's met with failure as none can be found.  At headquarters Boma is temporarily infected by some form of virus from the files in the external memory.  Motoko and Batou are called to a building roof where the eleven men are currently being picked up by the news.  They are too late as they witness each of them beheading the others.  The man from the PM assassination attempt is the only one to be seen to leave the scene.
