Professor Kakuzawa' assistant delivers his head to his father, the director, at which point her shoots her.  He offers to get the mdeical team in if she will be honest with him about who else was in the lab when his son was killed.  She can't remember any names but does know that they were looking for a girl that was most likely Lucy.  After Nana and Lucy have a confrontation in which Lucy doesn't fight back, Mayu intervenes and Nana takes off.  She can't believe that these people think she's the bad one when she's never killed anyone before and Lucy's killed many.  Mayu tracks her down and explains that the Nyuu they know has never done anything bad.  Meanwhile, Kouta and Yuka get Nyuu in bed because she now has a mysterious fever.  She's drops into her Lucy persona and remembers a little from her past that triggered her killing ways.  When Lucy emerges, Nana can sense her.
