The Gekko is still in need of repairs.  It must have a lot of reflection film and so the crew have to seek out a man that can do the job.  Unfortunately, this man no longer does the work but, calling on his nature as a craftsman, they get him to agree to do it - if the crew help him in catching the sky fish necessary.  Meanwhile, Eureka is still in a funk over Renton and his abilities with the Nirvash.
