Holland, looking for Renton, feels the military's trap close in.  He sees one way out and so decides to abandon Renton and save the Gekko.  Eureka, after learning this, gets mad at Holland.  She takes a ref board and heads toward the nearest town to look for him on her own.  Meanwhile, Renton is on his ref board heading to the Gekko.  He arrives but Eureka is not there and Holland will not let him tell him about the trap that is awaiting them.  Renton, when he learns that Eureka is outside, takes the Nirvash.  Eureka is in the middle of the military and Charles and Ray's ship.  Charles heads out to capture her but he's thwarted by the Nirvash with Renton inside.  Together again he and Eureka are happy and they use the Nirvash to bring an end to the current conflict without killing anyone.  Holland seeing what they've done finally admits to himself that Renton and Eureka are meant for each other.
