Dominic goes to Bellforest to find Renton's grandfather.  He breaks his bike and so has a good excuse to see him in order to get it repaired.  Meanwhile, the Gekko needs repairs after the fight with Ray.  Talho is evidently upset that Renton's blood was used to help Holland because it is from the same family as Diane, Renton's sister, who has a history with Holland somehow.  Talho confronts Renton in front of the others and tells him about his father.  He learned that the scub coral on the planet was alive and most probably sentient.  He turned against the military when they decided to destroy the coral.  She also informs everyone that Eureka is a humanoid Coralian.  She wants to know if Renton, knowing all that, is going to be with the Gekkostate or against.
