Vincent finds a Library in his wonderings and enters to find an hospitable yet strange librarian.  Inside the library, which appears to actually be Vincent's mind, a conflict between him and the Ergo Proxy erupts for dominance.  The Ergo Proxy wants Vincent to remember who he actually is while Vincent wants to deny what he already knows is the truth.
