Re-l and Iggy find Vincent.  Her objective is to use him to find the Proxy and capture it and kill it if necessary.  She has a weapon made by Daedalus that can, in theory, kill a Proxy.  When Vincent tells her that he is the Proxy she is torn about what she now must do, especially once Vincent confesses his love for her.  While making repairs to the ship, a young girl makes off with some goods and Pino follows her.  She finds another Proxy in the wilderness which attacks.  Vincent becomes the Proxy and attack the newcomer.  Now Re-l can test the weapon without injuring Vincent.  She decides to travel with him and sends Iggy back to Romdo with the body of the Proxy for Daedalus.  It is apparent that Iggy does not like this idea.
