Kaname is being held captive and run through some tests but she's not at all happy about it, especially when they start pointing guns at her.  Sousuke arrives and rescues her and they wind up in a mecha.  Sousuke has to fight a strange silver mecha but is outmatched.  He and Kaname manage to survive when Kurz shows up but he too is defeated.
