Cornelia tries to duplicate the Shinjuku scenario in Saitama in order to draw out Zero.  Lelouch, knowing it's a trap, makes an appearance anyway, thinking that he's got the upper hand.  When things start going wrong, his fellow rebels begin to abandon him.  Now he's stuck in a Knightmare Frame with nowhere to go.
