Coach Frank Beamer

Frank Beamer

Mount Airy, NC, USA
He was the d-line coach from 1973 to 1976 at The Citadel and then from 1977 to 1978 was the defensive coordinator.  He was also the defensive coordinator at Murray State from 1979 to 1980 and then the head coach there from 1981 until 1986.

He has served as the special assistant to the AD at Virginia Tech from 2016 until this day (2024).
