Miyuki and Natsumi are out on rounds when the find a woman trapped in a phone booth by a red sports car.  Natsumi is in the process of moving the car by superhuman methods when the owner arrives.  He's known by all of the women around as an idol but that just makes Natsumi madder - especially when he thinks that he can just get away without worrying about the three tickets she gave him.  Things get worse when they look up his driving record and find out that it's been erased.  When the idol star becomes a traffic safety spokesperson and the parade is to start at the Bokuto Station, Miyuki and Natsumi come up with a plan to teach him a lesson.
