Nia declares herself to everyone as a member of the anti-spirals and tells the humans that they will be destroyed.  Simon learns what this means while attacking the mysterious faceless machine that appears over the city.  Rossiu succeeds in reawakening Lord Genome's memory data and learns about why he did what he did by keeping humans underground and limited in population.
